How to make
1 Cut the chicken into pieces.

Remove any fat from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces (20-30g).
2Marinate the chicken

Mix A in a bowl, add the chicken cut up in step 1, rub until all the liquid has evaporated, and let sit for 15 minutes.
3 Coat the chicken in flour.

Mix the flour and potato starch in a bowl. Coat the chicken in the flour and sift out the excess.
4Frying the chicken.

Put oil into a frying pan to a depth of 2cm, heat the oil to 170℃, and fry the chicken. After 2-3 minutes, when the bottom of the chicken has turned a nice brown color, flip it over with chopsticks, fry for another 2-3 minutes, and then remove it.
