Miso soup

Ingredients (Serves 4 )

・water 1000cc

・dried small sardines 30g

・ Miso table spoon 2

・tofu

・your favorite vegetables

①Remove the head and guts from the belly of the dried small sardines, as they cause a fish smell.

②Put dries small sardines in a pot filled with water and let them soak for 30 minutes or more.

③Once the dried small sardines have absorbed enough water, bring it to a boil over high heat.

Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and patiently remove any scum that forms while simmering for 5 to 10 minutes.

④Add the vegetables and boil. Once the vegetables are cooked, add tofu.

⑥Serve it in a bowl, and it’s ready to enjoy.

⑤Once the broth is boiling and the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat. After the boiling subsides, dissolve the miso paste in the broth, being careful not to let it boil. Then, heat it again without bringing it to a boil. Just before it reaches a boil, add green onions and turn off the heat.
